@LanrickBennett@APMACanada I don't see pedestrians either, so why not prioritize auto mobility and remove a sidewalk as well? Dumb approach to developing safe and dynamic pedestrian friendly streets...but hey if that's what you're suggesting...what would local residents prefer?
@jen_keesmaat@studiojci Completely agree. Too bad that economic model is not preferred by many developers. But midrise really is the way to go....in contrast with imposing structures on main streets along the margins of low rise neighbourhoods.
