Hi Wickes, I emailed customer support on 16th March asking them to pick up tiles for refund, to this day no one has come to pick it up! When I call the store, no body answers and today the phone line has gone dead. I am now severely out of pocket in difficult times!

#disappointed @parcelforce present arrived in UK on 15/12/2016, still stuck at international hub, will need to pay for new present 😡😪😭
