Hi @O2 and customers. Just a heads up - there is a scam company calling -pretending to be o2 and saying that SIM card will be deactivated and need to send a new one - in reality trying to access email account and anything else. Will be reporting but a warning to others

How is acceptable @Barclays @BarclaysUK to be kept on hold on phone for over 2 hours (online banking not an option in this instance, local branches shut down) . Consumers are treated with such contempt. Barclays not the only one that treats its customers so poorly

Heartbreaking that the simple act of going to school can lead to such a tragedy. The fear that teenagers feel is not isolated.

There is a large police presence and several ambulances on Wellesley Road in Croydon after unconfirmed reports of a "stabbing"" on a school bus this morning.

We have contacted the Metropolitan Police for more information.
