Cognitive load is invisible friction.
And invisible friction is the most expensive kind.
If your drop-off rate has no obvious cause, it's probably mental, not visual.
Confusing UX isn't a design problem.
It's a revenue problem that lives inside a design problem.

I explored 3 different layout directions
Each one optimizes for a different thing:
Speed & clarity
Accessibility of actions (call/message)
Information hierarchy
Which one would you ship and why?
Users don’t abandon booking flows.
They abandon overwhelm.
For Medico+, I used progressive disclosure to reduce cognitive load and improve Completion
Good UX removes friction.
