This fuels a WROL scenario by 2030, far worse than the 2021 riots, resembling Venezuela’s and Zimbabwe’s collapses more than Argentina’s recoverable crisis. Only 23% of the unemployed and 31% of the 15-65 age group will vote, reflecting disillusionment.
