I'm the reason everyone on League of Legends now has champ specific hotkeys. My one contribution to league was making that one suggestion. Why? I was frustrated that I couldn't use Tahm Kench's ult whenever I played him, so I suggested hotkey swatches for champs. That's the lore.

UPDATE: It seems like Riot unlocked all Classic default skins on PBE. Everyone immediatelly started using them and NOW it feels like Classic again!

@yetanotherscrub @drewlevin What about tieing it to role quest? Limited to laning phase. If not champs, then the minions. APCs are playing the game on easy mode whenever they lane against ADCs. Same can't be said about ADCs unless they go top. Solve range top & mage botlane with role quest balancing.

I guess the other solution is unlocking a mana item for ADCs if the game detects a mage in the botlane quest role.

@drewlevin @drewlevin The duration would be limited to laning phase of course, so that way the APCs won't be perma debuffed. That way they'll be in the same boat as ADCs.

This is my proposed solution to solving the mage botlane problem. Could be region locked to the botlane role quest specifically. @drewlevin

@drewlevin Hey, @drewlevin since I got you here. Would you guys kindly increase magic resist's base level stat per level on champions and minions the way it's done with base armor? I wonder if that would help give ADCs a fighting chance in their lane again.

But honestly, NA should be proud. They played incredibly well this MSI and proved this region is talented. Hopefully this inspires more players to grind harder, practice more, and actually take solo queue seriously.

Every year it feels like we're just one step behind the other major regions, but we're getting closer. NA's time is coming.

@Primerion_Ken @RiotFeralPony Probably. I was a Leo main back in middle school, so I don't really know what has changed. Her rockets might've been different. I do know Varus W was different to play compared to now. His blights were different. Similar to how Ashe Q was different. I guess it was more punishing.
