Rather, Admin appears happy to just pause #PIP and do their usual 'we tried but Republicans stoped us' dance. We'll see what their Cert Admin Record would shows and the arguments they put forward but I'm left with that unsettling feeling that they waited until June to announce it, until the day before the start date to unveil details of the program because they expected that it would be blocked and had no logistics to pull it through anyways. Can we say it was all for political shits and giggles?
We have been suffering for more than 3 years . It's just a simple request for you American politicians #SAVEDIVERSITYVISA#DV2020 AND #DV2021 . it's a dream for us.

Each year, 11 million people apply for the Diversity Immigrant Visa Program. Applicants have a 1% chance of winning.
Now, tens of thousands of people are unsure of their status in the lottery process because of policy changes in the last 3 years. https://t.co/eJs1ao7RIU

@POTUS Diversity lottery winners from previous years 2020 - 2021 who were affected with trump administration proclamations believe you REALLY want to fix legal immigration backlogs. Please let him withdraw the appeal and give the @DV2020 & and @DV2021 selecteess their visas,@POTUS
This holiday season, @SecBlinken could affirm his support for the Diversity Visa program by withdrawing his appeals of the Gomez, Rai, and Goodluck orders. That single act would pave the way for nearly 20k DV2020 & DV2021 winners, their spouses, & children to be issued visas.

Her legacy’ll be ruined by her choice to maintain discrimination unless she reverses course today & schedules the bill for a vote. No day’ll pass without us reminding her.
We will continue to fight for the rights of #DV2017 ~ #DV2021 winners 🇺🇸
This struggle will continue until all the lost visas are given to their holders.
WE WILL NEVER GIVE UP 👊

@allenorresq Since became President of @AILANational, diversity lottery winners saw with appreciation the support and assistance from you,and AILA by lobbying the administration on our behalf. We hope you will continue to support us for a temporary solution via humanitarian parole
If I were Kyrsten Sinema and had enormous leverage over the reconciliation process, I would try to fix high-skilled immigration by including the Jumpstart Act

After years of delay and refusals to undo the harms of the Muslim and African Bans, there’s no excuse now.
@POTUS must move quickly to create and implement a fair and effective visa process for those impacted. We will hold the Biden administration accountable for the #NOBANAct

Cap exemptions were never struck down by the Parliamentarian and would provide relief for millions of people stuck in immigration backlogs.
Democrats shouldn't pass this opportunity up.
Since 2002 we've fought for Iranian Americans, in 2011 we secured multiple-entry visas for Iranian students seeking to study in the U.S.
Now we're fighting for those who won the diversity visa lottery, but whose visas weren't issued due to the Muslim Ban.https://t.co/rdsVzazHnt
We call on Senate Democrats to add #greencard recapture/cap exemption amendments to the Inflation Reduction Act negotiations...or risk leaving on the table the largest update to U.S. immigration policy since 1990. https://t.co/73NHlw9OcD
Thank you to @SenatorLeahy & @ChrisMurphyCT for including visa recapture language & reductions to ICE funding in the DHS appropriations bill. #visarecapture
