PC Tristan Parsons of Hampshire Police has been named as the officer who handcuffed dying British teenager Henry Nowak as he lay bleeding out from a savage stabbing, gasping “I’ve been stabbed” and “I can’t breathe.”
Instead of helping the defenceless white boy, Parsons dismissed him with “I don’t think you have, mate” — treating Henry like the criminal while believing the foreign killer’s racist-attack lie.
Henry’s final moments were spent in agony, dragged across gravel and left to die.
This is the rotten reality of modern British policing.
