@OlaElectric My scooter was in the service center for 2+months and is now in terrible condition: charging port cover won’t close, side panels are loose/broken, and front suspension makes noise. None of these issues existed before.Staff drove it without my consent. Shameful! #ola

The CEO of Ola Electric is offering heavy discounts of up to 15-20% on their scooters online. Nobody is buying them, no matter how much discount is being offered. Nobody’s showing any kind of interest.

I’m sure that there’s nothing that can stop the demise of ola electric now. They need to completely stop selling scooters or bikes for a year and invest heavily in their service centres. Go all-in on servicing even if it incurs heavy temporary losses.

Nobody is going to buy anything from ola electic again until they’re sure that the service centres and product quality have improved. It’s now or never - ola electric has less than 400 days left before their death becomes irreversible.

@OlaElectric Well am already rewarded with 2m+ counting stay for my scooter in service centre with out any job card plus vcu is stolen, speaker grill are stolen, charging flap and rubber cap is also stollen and I don’t want any more reward! Just give my hard earn money back !
