Musk was in an interview with TED once - he said, ..."at this point, I think I know more about manufacturing than anyone on earth...".

It was in Texas about two years ago. I've never forgotten that, I see now. Imagine mass producing the biggest rockets in history and robots.

@elon_docs True. It's not clear if the things he's working on would exist at all if he didn't lead the companies he's leading. He's an inspiration to all who come in contact with his mind.

They speak of an apocalypse and build stuff that's "post apocalyptic". I'm starting to think there's more to it. What if this immigration thing is the start of lawless states of America? Its already the case.

@ZFellows_ Yes, it's true. Having an idea is different from actually doing that thing. I might think I'm a great mechanic but unless I actually fix stuff and do it well, I'm not.

The ultimate currency

I once asked myself how it's possible for a teen to do more interesting/productive things and get richer than a full-grown adult. I now think the biggest factor is how each used their time.

What is 'time'? Because how people use it determines their value.

The data and algorithms we upload to our brains, when combined with action across 'time' - determine our value, it seems.

Maybe it's true that we're only worth about as much as the value we add/take from the world, not how much money we have.

Perhaps having a humanoid robot do a task for you will be like having a human do it, but with the accuracy of a robot. Handcrafted things may be way better and cheaper in the future.
