Ricci was signed by Furlani without the approval of Tare and Allegri (his agent Busardò is a friend of Furlani).

Furlani did not want Xhaka (Tare’s choice). Busardò then received a new mandate from Furlani to negotiate for Hojlund and prepare the backup plan (Harder).

Furlani blocked negotiations between Vlahovic and Tare for financial reasons.

In panic mode, Furlani spent €35M on Nkunku at the end of the transfer window, taking advantage of his strong relationship with Chelsea FC.

Furlani also refused to sell Gimenez, whom he had signed for €31M in winter 2025, in order to avoid losing credibility in the eyes of the owner.
