@airindiain You dont even have proper staff who can update flight status online ans customer care also doesnt have any information waste of our money energy specially Health and Time. If My Mother doesnt get this accomodation problem addresses I will file case against your airline

@airindiain You dont even provide accommodation and dont take of elderly people causing lot of inconvenience address this issue ASAP. I will escalate this incase if you dnt address accommodation problem

@airindiain No AirIndia staff at Delhi airport are ready to explain whats going on . They are asking passengers to wait till 11pm yesterday they said boarding time is 9pm now it chnaged to 11 also seems if 11am doesnt work out again my Mother needs to wait till morning what is this rubbish

@airindiain when you don't have infrastructure and planning if flight gets delayed you are not supposed provide air tickets while booking or else you can provide Note that you are not responsible for passenger accommodation if flight gets delayed

I reached out AirIndia customer care for checking status they informed it is ontime. but in Delhi airport they are informing it is delayed(Why are customer care people not aware of current status also why it is not showing current status online
