The new LLP MCA filing portal V3 has not been working for a long time. We tried to change the business users in our LLP at the MCA portal. We filled out FORM 3 and FORM 4. However, when we clicked on the submit button to submit the final filled form, it did not work.

There was no error message displayed, and no forms were downloaded. When we touch base with the MCA Helpline, they said that there was no issue, but the problem still persists. We also raised a complaint on the portal, but have not received any help yet.
