Carriage makers tried to build faster horses.

In construction, problems evolve faster than our favorite solutions.
Fall in love with the problem, not the plan.
That’s how progress keeps pace.

After a breakout session at Groundbreak, I overheard someone say,
“We can’t tell our boss we did that—we need something that proves this trip had value.”
It stuck with me.
What do you think makes a conference truly worth it?

Ever seen an unintentional soffit on a LEGO set? Didn’t think so.
That’s because LEGO builds with precision: clear instructions, every piece accounted for.
Until construction coordination is that precise, GCs + owners will keep paying for rework.

SCRUM wasn’t built for construction.
But it works anyway.
SCRUM-style coordination:
✅ Short
✅ Accountable
✅ Proactive
We’re using it at UtahBIM for clash detection + model updates which leads to saving time + money.
Where else could agile fit? Precon? Field? Closeout?
Need to share a 3D model without making your client download software?
We use a free tool that lets anyone walk through, measure, and comment in a browser.

@marcellosgamb Hi Marcello, I was going over your "Practically Dynamo" lesson on creating floors from rooms, and the image that shows how to make floors on multiple levels is missing a connection to the List.CartesianProduct node. What node connects to that?
@marcellosgamb Hey Marcello! I was going over the lesson you taught at AU about Practical Uses for Dynamo. I've been trying to replicate the script to create floors by rooms no matter what the level, but the image doesn't show where some of the new nodes connect to. Can you help?
