@MillaCoach Interesting. Can recall seeing a video of Declan Rice saying his new pre match meal has transformed his performance this season, and that was x4 pancakes and syrup or equivalent.
@RussMUFC@TheAthleticFC Possibly, but Rashford isn’t a 60/70 mill player anymore. If he recaptures his form and can retain it Villa will be laughing, but hasn’t hit any heights in years and that’s partly on United but mainly on him. 40 mill and a crazy salary of the books and “hopefully” recruit well.
@terrychristian @Casey_Jamess They’re not though. Difference being he has the right profiles. Nothing wrong with the formation but the mentality of players he has to adapt to it. Unless, miraculously is able to sign competent wing backs he probably is going to have to roll over to these players comfort zones
@Higginbotham05@MufcDw Don’t think it’s as bad though. There are definitely more good players than not that can be utilised in different systems. Get a couple more stronger characters in there and new manager can get a fine tune out of this squad.
@markgoldbridge Bought Mount as first big signing and completely misprofiled him and until this season didn’t know his role, asked the club to sign Antony who just about makes the bench these days. Hojlund
Being ruined, brought Mainoo into set up only to burn him out through a stupid “gameplan”
@markgoldbridge Erik’s signings, Onana✅Maz✅De Ligt✅Licha✅ Ugarte ✅ Zirkzee✅
Dalot ❌ Mainoo❌ Bruno ❌ Garna❌ Rashers❌
Now I know you’ll turn to Bruno/Rashford and both have been turbulent in his reign, but Erik refuses to drop them, awards mediocrity.
@markgoldbridge Oh and before you go and try and scapegoat the likes of Rashford, Ten Hag could have benched him a million times over the years but picked him regardless. Luke Shaw only Snr player out, watch someone try and pin our whole gameplan on him coming back into the team 🤢
@markgoldbridge It’s his team you muppet. We look junk, over a course of a season we have since he joined and cups have masked mediocrity. We’ve been obsessed with reaching the heights of City/Klopps L’Pool , now it’s Arsenal, and soon it will be Chelsea & Spurs/Villa.
