@Wickes well after 8 dms you still don’t have the resolve to the problem we have been more than patient in this case February this kitchen was ordered costing £1000s and you provided a shoddy faulty worktop and you admitted as much by offering a £100 go quietly in store offer you must be joking if this isn’t sorted today then under the faulty goods act 2015 we will invoke the right of a full refund you are a disgrace your customer service is non existent you have really caused these pensioners to become really poorly over this stupid error on your part keep saying kitchen department will be in touch and nothing so @BBCWatchdog can have a real good look at this case

@Wickes so my parents have a kitchen fitted by yourselves and you fit a terrible damaged worktop and expect them to except £100 as compensation you have fitted a damaged product and under the faulty goods act of 2015 they are entitled to either a full replacement or a full refund
