This is not true. Sir Alex Ferguson was 1 MILLION TIMES better in man management than Erik Ten Hag.

Fergie knew that special players deserve special treatment. He would never treat Ronaldo how Erik treated him.

Fergie waited 6 months for Cantona when he kicked a fan and he was suspended despite that the club wanted to terminate his contract.

Fergie didn’t offload Rooney despite the fact that they had so many problems between them, he gave him a special treatment as well.

Erik doesn’t understand this. He respects Weghorst more than club legends like Ronaldo and De Gea.

I am not saying that Sancho is a special player and deserves a special treatment but please don’t compare Erik to Sir Alex Ferguson.
