Remember you can voluntarily choose to lock up your Pi to boost your mining rate! The Lockup will be immediately binding until your duration ends. https://t.co/lrPpeRYJal
Locking up your Pi helps support a healthy ecosystem and incentivize long-term engagement with the network. You can set your pre-migration Lockups (if you haven’t migrated to Mainnet) via the “Mainnet” tab in the Pi app menu. You can set your post-migration Lockups, which enables up to a 200% Lockup, in the Pi Wallet.

Newly released features enable more verified people to have Mainnet wallets to directly participate in Mainnet utilities! Learn more https://t.co/7S1X0M0lLj
Mainnet wallet activation features are now available for identity-verified individuals—including millions of fully and most tentatively KYC’d Pioneers. This unblocks their participation in, and broadens the inclusion of, the Pi Mainnet ecosystem including direct interactions on Mainnet blockchain, Pi apps, local commerce and events like the .pi Domains Auction.
The allocation structure of the Pi Supply model ensures the impartial role of any processes that affect the migration speed because all other allocation buckets track the pace of Migrated Mining Rewards.
It was intentionally designed to align the interests of all parties in the network to get as many Pioneers and as many Pi onto the Mainnet as possible. The network is committed to migrating Pioneers and their Pi as soon as possible.

The Pi Ad Network finished its pilot, and developers can apply to join the Pi Ad Network now! The premise of selection is to be listed in the Mainnet Ecosystem Interface and compliant with developer ecosystem guidelines. This platform-level utility transforms the collective attention of Pi’s millions of Engaged Pioneers into a tangible and sustainable mechanism for supporting the Pi Apps and the ecosystem.

Pi Network is adding email-based two-factor authentication to the overall account management and verification. https://t.co/mppVnNAmqP
This change addresses challenges with current SMS (text message) account verification, improves security, and lays the groundwork for future verification methods like passkeys and biometrics. To ensure a secure shift, system level analytics and checks were required to validate how Pioneers verify their accounts using the new method, which led to a temporary pause in migrations. Migrations have now resumed and will gradually expand. Read the full blog for more information about the update and how it benefits the network in the long term.

Pi Network has released two-factor authentication (2FA) for wallet confirmation that requires some Pioneers to complete 2FA using a trusted email before their Pi is successfully migrated to the Mainnet blockchain.
https://t.co/R1vWWIOXMK
This secures and confirms Pioneers’ Pi Wallets, supporting the security of Pioneers’ accounts and their Pi.
Certain Pioneers who migrated their Pi to Mainnet over the last few weeks—but are still within the 14 day pending period—will also need to complete 2FA; otherwise, their Pi will be securely returned to their mining app. After the completion of the 2FA, their same balance will get migrated again.
