Does it matter? She won the first round of the primary, 16,000 people voted for her. Even if leadership is trying to put all of this back in the bottle, it shows you that there is some clear appetite from the Dem base for this messaging. I don’t see the same message in reverse when Dems prop up awful Rs.

It says everything that they published this as an opinion piece, presumably because of legal reasons or because it didn’t meet normal reporting standards, and then post these empty platitudes without addressing any of the core criticisms with the piece. A clear lack of ethics.

@jessesingal It was reported that 11 of 13 were in Israel ‘proper’ and the remaining 2 are in areas that have been built out over decades that they would have been included in any current or historical land swap in a 2 state solution. The protestors don’t really care about 2 or zero though.

You know what? When there are terrorist attacks in the US by extremists I’d prefer that the same politicians and podcasters who egg them on with non stop inflammatory rhetoric and by endorsing Hamas rallies and who refuse to condemn phrases like “Globalize the intifada” and who blame everything on Jews don’t then try to act surprised or sympathetic when these attacks happen. It’s insulting and you’re not fooling anybody. I’d rather Mamdani be more like his wife who probably already smashed the like button a billion times and threw a party at Gracie Mansion. At least she owns it. Give me the straight forward hatred rather than the hypocrisy.
