Further the replaced mattress that arrived after 1.5 months was also not of correct size however the bill mentioned the different size of the mattress received. This shows miscommunication amongst the company itself. Never buy mattress from here.

The matress were not of correct size. They took more than a month to replace the mattress where by the pick up of the mattress is done by 3rd party that which makes the process even more difficult.

@TheSleepCo_ I ordered a matress in February. The size of the mattress was not correct. The replacement was provided after 2 months.again the size recieved was not what was mentioned on the bill. Don’t go for the service from this company. Worst experience. I am returning mine.

@TheSleepCo_ very pathetic support team. Ordered mattress from indirapuram store in Ghaziabad. Matress were larger than required size. Replacement process very confusing. Never vuy mattress from this company. No follow ups. Its been more than 1.5 months now.
