For new PhDs

Rejections are the part of process, the important thing is to remember that it happens to everyone including nobel laureates so don't feel disappointed upon rejections. Key is to continuously keep trying and improving!!

@Lavanya80593082 In this context we are tribe in one or other way trying to prove ourself to defend our superiority to others. In other way we are running towards that saturation point of our life where we always feel superior (or one would be satisfied with what he/has done till that point)

@utopianfemme @PhDVoice I think events like conferences/workshops should be in both mode as I have always enjoyed offline than online but now the people are getting use to of online so it should be in both mode.
