@ContentViewer9 Idk man it’s cute. The moon stays with the Earth implying we’re married to it, and its our bride. If you want to imagine the earth to wear a dress and the moon a tux, more power to you. I hope it makes you feel a little bit better.
@CoolChaiQuodi I love to hate on Gameboy Advance as much as the next guy but he absolutely gets it on with his Indian wife. The knee tap probably woke up a hindusexual goddess in Usha.
@VanClouten@NotAlerted@CatRedFront Religious people are at least 60% of the people you’re going to encounter in your day-to-day life. Good luck convincing them of your ideology when you can’t even have a no-stakes conversation about pretty basic epistemology. Have a good night bud
@VanClouten@NotAlerted@CatRedFront Ok that’s fine to say, but if you seriously want people to consider your beliefs over those that are thousands of years old, or “Abrahamic religions” you should probably know how to argue.
@VanClouten@NotAlerted@CatRedFront Well there’s a whole big spiel about objectivity we could get into if you’re interested, but let’s assume that both of our views are subjective. How would you convince me of yours over mine? And if I had 100 people that believed me over you, would that make mine right?
@VanClouten@NotAlerted@CatRedFront Well I would say that man is made in the image of God, so obviously all humans are intrinsically valuable. I believe it is objective, and even if you don’t believe it, I still believe you deserve respect and to be treated with dignity. What about you?
