Yesterday I booked servicing for 2 ACs. The technician just sprayed the window AC and declared it “done”. The AC was working perfectly before — now it’s showing an E2 error.

Today I raised a warranty request. The technician who came immediately quoted ₹1500 to fix the error — without even inspecting the unit properly or pulling the AC out.

Charged me for 461 kg, but invoice shows chargeable weight: 366.23 kg.
Also pushed paid insurance without disclosing that ₹40,000 coverage is included by default.

Is this standard practice? I want an explanation. I have also attached the agreement, original charge and final bill amount. This is why they emphasize on paying in advance. @jagograhakjago
