यूपी: नाबालिग को दी स्‍कूटी- कार तो जाएंगे जेल, 3 साल की सजा और 25 हजार जुर्माने का प्रावधान

उत्तर प्रदेश में अब 18 साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों के वाहन चलाने पर पूरी तरह से पांबदी लग गई है. शासन ने नाबालिग किशोर या किशोरियों पर दो पहिया या फिर चार पहिया वाहन चलाने हेतु पूर्ण प्रतिबंध लगा दिया है. यदि कोई वाहन स्वामी 18 वर्ष से कम उम्र के बालक या बालिकाओं को वाहन चलाने के लिए देता है तो उसे 3 साल की जेल की सजा और 25 हजार के जुर्माना से दंडित किया जाएगा.

बता दें कि यह आदेश उत्‍तर प्रदेश परिवहन यातायात कार्यालय की तरफ से शिक्षा निदेशक माध्‍यमिक को भेजा गया है. आदेश उत्‍तर प्रदेश बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग की तरफ से दिए गए निर्देश के बाद जारी किया गया है.

In a shocking incident frm Motihari , Bihar villagers gave talibani punishment to a woman and her paramour after she gt caught red handed with her lover by her husband.
1. The couple gt beaten up and then was asked to beat each other .
2. After that they gt tied to an electric pole and their heads gt shaved.
3. While the woman was being beaten her children were crying .
4. We condemn such acts but when the laws are not in accordance with the social customs and practices then such things are bound to happen.
5. On one hand #SupremeCourt has decriminalised adultery and on the other hand our society gives such extreme punishment for adultery.
6. Our social structure is still not ready to accept western ways of life . Either we shall amend our laws or take steps to change the mindset of our society .
