@IndiGo6E Hi Indigo team , i had very bad experiance with my luggage yesterday , when i recieved from the belt it was cracked . Showed it to the indigo staff at the airporrt instead of showing compassion they spoke in very dismissive and rude manner. Very bad experiance .
