BREAKING: Biden's Justice Department demands that Stewart Rhodes, leader of the far-right Oath Keepers Militia, spend 25 years in prison due to his seditious role in the deadly Jan. 6th insurrection.

A jury found Rhodes guilty of seditious conspiracy last year. He never entered the Capitol himself, but coordinated his fascist soldiers like a general from afar, using remote communication to command them.

“[Rhodes] exploited his vast public influence as the leader of the Oath Keepers and used his talents for manipulation to goad more than twenty other American citizens into using force, intimidation, and violence to seek to impose their preferred result on a U.S. presidential election,” the DOJ argues.

The DOJ says that Rhodes "created a grave risk to our democratic system of government" and as such he "must be met with swift and severe punishment."

Rhodes is scheduled for sentencing on May 25th.

BREAKING: The Raise The Age bill just passed 8-5 out of committee in Texas!!

Survivors of Uvalde and Moms Demand Action pushed hard to make 21 the minimum age to buy an AR-style rifle. Today was the LAST DAY to get it done. And they did!

The NRA knows this is huge because, if sane gun reform can be done in Texas, it can be done ANYWHERE in America.

But the NRA is hoping people will forget about this victory. They want us to be shocked into silence, feeling hopeless.

That's why it's CRITICAL to get the good news out, and make sure it does NOT end here.

House Bill 2744 not only raises the age to 21, it also prohibits selling guns to someone who's intoxicated or has an active protective order. Finally.
