Too many of us accept the dishwashing, care-home or warehouse job as the permanent plan. Abroad, what you start with stays on your record. That first job is not “just for now”. It becomes the experience employers actually look at.

You don’t wash plates for three years with the same certificate that got you the dishwashing job and then expect a serious banking, tech or corporate role to open for you. Your employment history speaks louder than the paper.

Experience is weighed heavily before any position is given.
