You just know it’s game over before it’s even started. It’s going to be another few years of stagnant growth before the next “highly experienced operator” is ushered in, as the old exec moves to doom another workforce elsewhere.

I’ve just sat through yet another newly appointed “highly experienced” regional leader giving us their opening vision and it’s so unbelievable predictable, “collaboration, know your markets, blah blah” so tiresome.

There HAS to be innovation and evolution in the methods of executing against business strategy. Do executives of multi $B tech companies honestly think that a winning strategy is to “know your market”, focus on“targeted customer messaging” - the moment those words are on a slide

That was a disappointing performance.

We lacked conviction and confidence going forward.

Everton packed the midfield and cut off our supply lines.

After our last loss, we bounced back hard. It’s the reaction that counts now.
