CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN HOW THIS ISN’T STEALING AND THEFT

By the time i’m 67,over $600,000 will be paid into social security on my behalf.

That money would have been worth $1.9M if i had gotten 5% return. My annual interest would be $95k.

The average one bedroom rent in the US is now $1,550.

The government recommended that housing should cost you no more than 25-30% of your gross income.

You have to make $5,167 per month for the average rent to be 30% of your income.

[Uzi @UzilCrypto]

BUYING A HOUSE RIGHT NOW IS FCKING MENTAL

What do you mean i can borrow $400k at 8%, pay almost $3k every month for 10 YEARS, hand the bank roughly $352k, and STILL owe around $351k.

AND that’s before we even talk about taxes, insurance, maintenance, or repairs.

WILD.

- Where are the DOGE checks?

- Where are lower mortgage rates?

- What happened to gas under $2?

- Where are the $2,000 tariff checks?

- When are electric bills being cut in half?

- Where is the 10% credit-card interest cap?

- What happened to bringing grocery prices down?

WAITER LITERALLY FOLLOWED US TO THE DOOR BECAUSE WE DIDN’T TIP ENOUGH

It was a table for 4. My parents were visiting from overseas.

After we finished eating and signing the tab the waiter came over and asked “Food not good?”

We said oh yes food was very good!

[Uzi @UzilCrypto]

My mom was so embarassed. So my brother ended up the throwing a $20 at the nearest table and we just left.

Now I understand that $7 wasn’t even 10% but holy crap begging for more tip?!

I was super embarrassed for my mom and she kept apologizing. We said “it’s not your fault”.

TRUMP JUST CALLED STRUGGLING FARMERS AND TRUCKERS LOSERS.

Reporter: What do you say to those who are struggling to afford gas, groceries, diesel?

Trump: It’s the greatest economy. If you’re struggling in this economy, you’re a loser.

Someone please stop him. This is tiring.

I HAVE A QUESTION FOR EVERYBODY BECAUSE I’M GENUINELY CONFUSED.

If we’re paying taxes, but that doesn’t guarantee clean water, safe food,a roof over our heads,or access to healthcare.

THEN WHAT THE F*CK ARE WE PAYING FOR?

at some point, we have to stop accepting this as NORMAL

The median family income in the U.S. has gone from $10K in 1971 to $106k today, an increase of 10x.

However, the median cost of a house has gone from $25K to $445k, an increase of 17x.

And the median cost of a car has gone from $3.6K to $50k, an increase of 14x.

Seeing people argue AGAINST a 4-day, 32-hour work week is insane.

You’re really fighting for LESS time with your family?

Go get a hobby.

See your friends.

Fall in love.

Actually LIVE.

Life was never supposed to be work 5 days, recover for 2,and repeat until you die.

[Uzi @UzilCrypto]

Is the whole “BUY A USED CAR TO SAVE MONEY” thing a myth?

Because I'm crunching the numbers and I'm confused. Everyone always says go used,it's smarter

But I'm looking at a new Toyota Sienna for about $58k. A 3-year-old one? Still $48-52k.

That's only like $6-10k difference.

[Uzi @UzilCrypto]

WHY DOES EVERYTHING FEEL FAKE?

Congress can ignore ideas that have broad public support.

Colleges can charge six figures for degrees with no guaranteed job.

Healthcare can cost a fortune even when you’re insured.

[Uzi @UzilCrypto]

McDonalds being worth hundreds of BILLIONS…

then asking ME at checkout if i want to donate $1 to charity is kind of insane.

Bro, YOU donate the dollar.

I’m already paying $18 for lunch.

[Uzi @UzilCrypto]

I wish more people understood $4 coffees aren’t the problem.

It’s the:
- $680/mo car payment
- $300/mo credit card bill
- $1,900/mo daycare
- $900/mo student loans
- $2,500/mo rent

...This is why most six-figure earners feel broke.

[Uzi @UzilCrypto]

UNPOPULAR OPINION:

If I’ve paid car insurance every single month for YEARS without filing a claim, I should unlock some benefits.

Cover an oil change. Pay for some maintenance. Waive my deductible. SOMETHING.

How am I sending hundreds of dollars every month.

[Uzi @UzilCrypto]

HOW IS $150,000 A YEAR NOT ENOUGH ANYMORE?

a childhood friend of mine and his wife just bought a house. $150K combined income. They feel poorer than when they rented.

Here is why:
• $5,900 mortgage
• $600 HOA and insurance
• $750 car payments
• $1,000 Health Insurance

[Uzi @UzilCrypto]

LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT

If i miss one credit card payment, that follows me for 7 years and tanks my ability to get an apartment.

But if bank gets caught laundering money for actual criminals, they pay a fine that’s less than a rounding error on their quarterly earning

[Uzi @UzilCrypto]

BIG CORPORATION:“We brought in $10 Billion, but after expenses our profit was only $100 Million.”

IRS:“Fair enough.Taxes on the profit.”

AVERAGE AMERICAN:“I earned $75,000, but spent $65,000 to stay afloat.”

IRS: “Cool.Taxes on the full $75,000.”

AVERAGE AMERICAN: “But wait…”

[Uzi @UzilCrypto]

We’re living in a time where you can work 40 hours a week, cook at home, drive an older car, skip vacations, cancel subscriptions…

and STILL have nothing left to save.

And please don’t hit people with “budget better.”

People ARE budgeting.

[Uzi @UzilCrypto]

CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME LIKE I’M IN KINDERGARTEN

Why did we replace every bulb with LED, bought Energy Star appliances, built massive solar and wind farms, kept the lights off, lowered the thermostat, and yet the electric bill keeps climbing?
