My patience with @FordCredit and @Ford is at an all time low. My trust in the brand has diminished. Someone has assist in resolving my issue. Both divisions has caused so much stress and financial hardship and there's no one to be held accountable.
@FordCredit My trust in @FordCredit has been broken and customers are not a priority. I've been trying get a response from my case manager for six weeks and now I somehow have a new one. There is no accountability with @Ford and @FordCredit. However, you hold me accountable with fees.
