Over the past four years, ITZY has faced significant obstacles in terms of promotion and development of the group due to poor management by JYPE.

JYP Entertainment demonstrating minimal effort towards supporting ITZY. These obstacles have been reflected in various areas, including creative marketing, advertising, content production, music and video production, etc, where there have been notable shortcomings and setbacks.

One of the key issues lies in JYPE/Div2's reliance on outdated promotion schemes, repeatedly employing them without demonstrating any noticeable improvement. While other companies, divisions and management teams within the entertainment industry have been evolving, striving for improvement, and exploring new strategies, JYPE and Division 2 have failed to keep pace with these advancements.
