NICLOSAMIDE was approved by FDA in 1982 for treating tapeworm infections, and was designated an essential drug by WHO.
NICLOSAMIDE in CANCER Mechanisms:
1. Mitochondrial uncoupling - this is its major anti-cancer mechanism
Niclosamide acts like a mild “leak” in the mitochondrial membrane, letting protons slip across without making ATP. This increases oxygen use, lowers ATP levels, raises AMP/ATP ratio & activates AMPK (energy sensor) to inhibit mTOR (slows down cancer cell growth).
Cancer cells, which often rely on inefficient energy pathways (Warburg effect), are especially vulnerable.
This can lead to inhibition of ATP synthesis, exhausting cellular energy reserves, metabolic stress, and cell death.
2. Signal pathway modulation - It inhibits several “pro-cancer” pathways, including:
- Wnt/β-catenin (important in cancer proliferation, especially colorectal).
- mTOR (controls cell proliferation, growth and metabolism).

I have a disturbing update on the Barium fallout from chemtrails and “weird fog” events. In our mass spec lab, using ICP-MS analysis, we are seeing Barium-137 at estimated levels exceeding 150 ppm (semi-quant scan via ICP-MS, and we are now acquiring external standards to run full quant on this element in the near future) is Barium-137, which means it has an atomic mass of 137. This isotope of Barium is known to be largely created by the beta decay of Cesium-137, which is a highly radioactive “death powder” that’s used in dirty bombs and is one of the byproducts of nuclear detonations. As Cs-137 decays (half life of approx. 30 years), the beta decay transmutes Cs-137 into Ba-137 (through another interim step of Ba-137m). It is this Ba-137 that we are detecting in the chemtrails fallout sample provided by @RealDrJaneRuby, and we are seeing it at alarmingly high levels. Even higher than the lead and cadmium also found on the same sample. What this means is that the Barium falling out of the sky in Florida could be, in part, the result of decayed Cs-137 from previous nuclear tests. Literally, this could be actual nuclear waste transmutation products being dropped from the sky, perhaps as a way to just get rid of them, or perhaps as a way to harm the population with latent radiation that’s still present. Since we are not a radiation lab, I’m not able to test for radiation in a comprehensive, ISO-accredited way, but I would certainly hope that somewhere in Florida, there would be radiation detectors that would sound the alarm of high levels of radioisotopes started falling from the sky. I’m not claiming there’s a radiation emergency right now, but somebody should check just to make sure. Then again, in Fukushima, they just TURNED OFF ALL THE DETECTORS and said everything was safe. So who knows… What I’m saying for sure is that we are counting Barium-137 elements in very high numbers in the Jane Ruby sample from Florida, and I do not know where all this Barium-137 might be coming from, but I am incredibly concerned about the picture emerging here. What sort of chemtrails fallout contains Mercury, Lead, Cadmium, Aluminum, Copper, Nickel and also Barium-137 (likely derived from Cesium-137 at some point)? This mystery just gets more disturbing by the day… And why does NOBODY from the Florida state government, nor the U.S. government, seem interested in getting to the bottom of this? ICP-MS is the most reliable mass spec test you can run. When I say we are seeing Barium-137 elements, that’s an irrefutable fact. We have the counts (CPS) on the detector, and we have all the logs, the calibration curves for the other masses, the saved samples archived, etc. I’ll keep sharing reports as we learn more.
