We just launched the first gamified on-chain experiment built on @base using @Uniswap v4 hooks.

But V4RCADE is bigger than an arcade.

The games are the first live demonstration of our hook infrastructure: a programmable layer that allows projects to define how liquidity and trade execution behave.

How it works:

- Pick any game and play. It’s free, and you can make unlimited attempts to improve your score.
- Each outcome is registered and can be verified through its proof card.
- The higher your score, the more tokens you get and the lower your trading fee, up to 5× lower. If you trade without registering a score, you’ll pay the standard trading fee.
- Choose your trade size and generate an authorization bound to that exact amount. The hook verifies the authorization and applies the corresponding fee during the swap.

Gaming is only the first implementation.

The same infrastructure can support programmable liquidity management for tokens, launchpads, and other on-chain applications.

The arcade is the proof of concept.

We’re partnering with @Hookrfun.

Hookr is a launchpad where tokens can launch with custom Uniswap v4 hooks attached to their pool.

We’ll be providing the hooks we build, starting with one we’ve been working on all year.

Play a round before you swap and your score sets your fee. A perfect round gets the pool’s minimum fee. Skip the game and you pay the maximum.

The partnership also gives us a share of the fees generated through our hooks.

We’ll also bring our embedded games for new launches and the other hooks we’re building.

The migration is complete.

V4RCADE is officially live on Robinhood Chain, and the 1:1 airdrop has been successfully distributed to all eligible holders.

This is a major milestone for the project, bringing the arcade to RobinHood, a growing ecosystem, and greater opportunities for onchain activity.

How do our offchain hooks work?

- If you buy on any DEX, you pay the base fee.
- If you play a game inside our arcade, you pay a fee according to your score.

This type of hook can be applied in many use cases such as:

- Streaming (make challenges via streams to complete swaps)

- If you play a game inside our arcade, you can get as low as 1% tax depending on your score.
