VDH reports 4 confirmed measles cases in 2026 so far (all in kids 0-4 yrs; 3 Northern, 1 Central).

Suspect measles in febrile rash illness +cough/coryza/conjunctivitis. Isolate, notify VDH immediately, test, & push MMR catch-up (2 doses ~97% effective)
