My Airtel WiFi is down from 3 days and still there is no solution provided by Airtel service. When I tried to call service agent, they don’t pick my calls and when I call Airtel support, they just raise new ticket, but there is no action taken. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia It has been 2 days and my package expired still I am not able to recharge my DTH plan. When I raise complaint I just get a call from care and they tell it will be resolved soon but no results. It’s very irritating 😡. If this is not solved in a day I will switch to other company.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am trying to recharge my DTH from 10 days. I get error like we have difficulty in connecting. I have raised issue 3 times still this issue is not resolved and my package will expire in 2 days. Customer care directly closes ticket without resolving.

@Paytm My wallet was working fine from 2 years. Now suddenly it is all my transactions are failing. And my fastag is also not working. I need immediate action on this problem.

@Paytm My wallet is disabled and it’s telling to re-verify. When I click on submit it show KYC successfully done. Still it shows wallet it disabled.
It’s very irritating. My fastag is liked to wallet. If this continues I will uninstall Paytm. 😡

Customer care says if there is only 1 connection discount will not be given which was not informed at starting. How illogical is this if 1/2 connection still box is powered and I am paying my electricity bill. Right away I am removing the connection!

I got ACT Fibernet 7 months back, I was informed that I will get discount becz ACTbox is powered by my Home power. Till now no discount credited.
