@amazonIN I am trying to return a damaged and wrong product delivered since past 12 days. No one is approaching despite my complaint several times. Now the return is marked canceled. There is no way to reach out customer support. Chat support doesn't have any escalation support
@AmazonHelp was changed, produ t was damaged and pre used. Why is this happening now??? It has taken ages for me to return this product. I request you to solve this matter immediately. My money has been stuck for almost a month now.

@amazonIN no one is approaching ND they just wrongly update that no one is available for return. This is a restaurant which open is at 11 am and is open till late 1 am in night. We are NEVER closed. Please arrange for return. Order ID 403-7558408-8769936
