@crew_helpDp@British_Airways is this part of your team - I got a call from them asking for my details on the lost baggage - they claim to have the bag and need me to download an app for remittance
@British_Airways I traveled on BA from @Dulles_Airport December 16 and arriving NBO December 17. My checked baggage did not arrive and, as later confirmed, never left D.C. BA has no proactive updates and my case has now disappeared entirely from the https://t.co/H9RtvBPhxW system
@British_Airways@Dulles_Airport@HeathrowAirport@British_Airways are the worst. they are still giving me the runaround a month after they lost my luggage- my family didn’t get Christmas gifts, they lost my meds and they can’t even be bothered to communicate . have you seen the Reddit’s, FB, X complaints? #dontflyBA
"Economic justice is mentioned 3,000 times in our Scriptures, both the New Testament and the Hebrew Scriptures. This is such a core part of our tradition, and it’s nowhere to be seen in Christian nationalism or on the religious right." - @jamestalarico
@SecDuffy To better support families, expand and modernize our railways by adding car trains that allow travelers to bring their vehicles and pets, making long-distance travel more flexible, comfortable, and family-frien
I always think we should take the words of every president seriously because the American presidency is so powerful and important (even if you don’t like the president in power).
And I’m not letting President Trump off the hook for what he says… but… what he suggested was going to happen with Gaza is never going to happen.
If you have even a rudimentary understanding of the Arab world and the region, it is never going to happen.
It is an impossibility.
He still shouldn’t say it because even the words coming from a U.S. president can become a major security problem for the region.
But we don’t need to spend a ton of time litigating something that is never going to happen.
From our earliest days, Black history has always been American history – and Black folks have profoundly shaped our American culture through music, art, literature, sports, and beyond. One month a year is not sufficient to celebrate the power of the movements and the people who have fought for the rights we enjoy today. That’s something that we have to do each and every day, as we strive to live up to their example and make sure our children and grandchildren remember their stories.
5. Lack of Training and Experience of Customer Service Representatives:
When we contacted the Kenya Airways customer service line the rep was unable to assist with rebooking flights. Ultimately, passengers had to rely on SkyTeam associates to handle rebookings because
This resulted in a response time of four hours or more. This process was not only unprofessional but also unacceptably inefficient for passengers in urgent need of assistance.
