If you are 60 or older, you are eligible for free nutrition counseling with Patti Jaeger, Registered Dietitian with Ventura County Area Agency on Aging. Meet with her to discuss your specific health needs. Topics could include controlling blood pressure, lowering cholesterol, enhancing bone health and eating healthy on a budget. Call 805-388-1952 to book an appointment. Appointments are offered on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, between 1 and 4 p.m. on our campus, 3639 Las Posas Road, in Camarillo.

Personnel trained in resources and referrals are ready to speak with you to offer encouragement and connection.
