@UVAHooz @Jaaavis Got it. One more follow up. which laws must they follow to a T. If they stolen item is $1,001.00 and they have no criminal history it is felony or just because that is how the law is written. Or when someone is pulled over on a .08. No reckless driving deals because .08 is a DUI
