STT Collection by Govt this FY is ALREADY: ₹40,214 crore

Target Set for full year: ₹73,700 crore

With this "progress", Govt will most likely end up making ₹86,342 crore from STT this year.

This figure will be 250% jump from the STT collections of FY2023-24.

Couple of questions:

1. How much of this will be from 90% Loss-making F&O Traders? Most likely around ₹35,000 Crore.

2. And how much money is being spent BACK to the market to make it more investor/trader friendly?
