for his kind advice & spontaneous action. Yesterday Shri Amarnath, our area AE, did submit the UGD proposal to DGM, GM, CGM & the ED[O]. Unless the UGD works are completed GHMC cannot execute the CC roadworks. Therefore, needs quick approval

As there is a deviation in Contract for CC road works execution by M/s Lords Institute of Engineering [6303241417] Technology, the matter is brought to the notice of GHMC for proper instructions & advice please.

As the CC road works are held up CMO & MD, HMWSSB may kindly advice respective GM's to expedite the proposal & complete the leftover UGD works

After meeting the MD, CGM, GM, DGM & the AE, today we tried to meet ED, HMWSSB [O] but failed as she was not present, however, we submitted this letter & acknowledgement obtained. Hope she initiates spontaneous action in view of the up coming CC road works by GHMC

Today, Shri Amarnath, AE, HMWSSB has inspected the site & took measurements of leftover area. Understand the proposal shall be ready in a day or two. DGM/GM/CGM/ED & the MD, may kindly accord approval so that the Contractor can complete the UGD works & help GHMC to lay the road

@radhika_g441 As there is a deviation in CC road Contract No.25001331//SE/LB/DB/GHMC/2026 awarded to M/s Lords Institute of Engineering Technology the matter is brought to the notice of GHMC for adequate instructions & not to deviate from the approved layout plan.
