The point you are trying to make is the wrong one, both characters popped up regularly after their own interdictory season, making both grow and more importantly interact within the Earth M universe with other characters giving it a true shared universe feeling !

The point of these posters is to show the last time these characters were seen by themselves. Independent. In ongoing series. I have sang the praises of @JosephPIllidge’s work on Shadow Cabinet both publicly and privately. I was one of the people who interviewed him and championed the Dakota Incident. That man is my idol and anyone who comes for him will have to go through me first until the day I stop breathing. So do not act as if us making a showcase of characters standing on their own degrades the work of one of the most important figures in comics EVER

A Milestone team book would have been a great way to introduce new readership into the Earth M universe and could still work within the DCU ! Making Supporting Titans issue 38 even more important, not boycotting it

BOTH characters turn up in the excellent Shadow Cabinet miniseries by @JosephPIllidge that ended on a great cliffhanger of Raquel approaching Static to start a team to protect Earth
I really pushed for that, as a team book seemed like a great idea !

It’s 2026. Do you know where @DCOfficial’s Black superheroes are? Augustus Freeman & Raquel Ervin protected Dakota as Icon & Rocket, but after 42 issues, and a short rebirth in 2021 with Milestone Returns, they have been forgotten in the eyes of DC. Where are they? #DCSoWhite

Viewed the first three episodes of #SpidermanNoir from @PrimeVideo

In keeping the it’s “gum shoe” vibe watched it in black and white, and was blown away by how enjoyable it is !

Static was the strongest of the reboot with Duo being the weakest, they did interesting things with Blood Syndicate but Icon left me feeling cold

Fun fact, Green Lantern War Journal was announced as an ongoing series but got canceled at 12 issues due to a lack of readership. So the whole "2100 days without a black led ongoing" is a lie. Maybe the people behind this hashtag campaign should have done actual research.
