Getting on your bike has huge benefits, but many teenage girls choose not to because of negative stereotypes, a lack of role models and low levels of confidence.
This is something we want to change.
Great fun at the Family Cycle Day at the Circuit on Sunday!🚲
Run by our Active Travel Team, @NAActiveSchools & @KALeisure, the event was supported by @CyclingScotland & @EventScotNews as part of the #PowerOfTheBike campaign to promote @CyclingWorlds 2023 and all things cycling!
Just home from launching a new film in Ayr. Fabulous turnout, such a beautiful area with loads of potential for cycling. 'The Culzean Way' is my small contribution to make this ambitious project happen.

Just a quick reminder that the Sunday club run is on tomorrow morning. (Meet 09.30am at the retail park). Weather looks glorious, so I'll see you all there.
Four cyclists a week suffer serious, sometimes life-changing injuries, on Scotland's roads. Often, this is from a collision with a vehicle.
Always wait at a safe distance until you have space and visibility to pass safely.
