Having placed a double hotel booking via your app, due to an error within your app, I contacted your live chat support who advised me that the first booking would be cancelled, and they would need to speak to the hotel to cancel this.

Today, I have received an email from your customer support stating that as they are unable to make contact with the hotel, they will not he cancelling the booking which, as stated, was due to an error message on the Expedia app.

How is this acceptable, please?
