In the meanwhile, due to cancelled policy (with no notice recieved), he is unable to get another insurance policy and therefore unable to work. Thanks @Churchill.

My nephew had car insurance with @Churchill. Two months after starting the Policy, Churchill sent him a letter threatening to cancel his policy with three working days notice , due to an innocent error when completing the application.

To add insult to injury, when my brother contacted @Churchill, they refused to engage with him on the matter and gave him a complaints procedure that he was told would take approx 6 weeks.
