@bhash I logged a case yesterday about my scooter broken down in mid of the highway, but still I am waiting for your same day service. I paid my own money to tow the scooter to home. I never seen a third grade service #banolaelecric
@OlaElectric sports mode does run for 2-3 kms even after the battery remains 80%, when I try to log a case it is showing me the service station that is 19 km away. Ola became a joke in india.
Last time they took exactly 2 months for service, now might take another 2 months.

I left my Ola scooter for service on September 18th, and there has been no update since then. I’m extremely disappointed with Ola’s service experience and would strongly advise others to reconsider before buying. Hyperservice should fit into Bhavish Agarwal's ass.
@OlaElectric seriously, i never seen such a third grade service and response. It is time to move on from OLA @nitin_gadkari ibdint to know you are handling this ? Please ban this OLA in India. It is been 16 days I raised ticket very pathetic
@OlaElectric when I visited the service center, they told me that the parts are not available I need to wait 15 days, meanwhile leave the scooter in service center for 15 days. Is this a joke or what? It is time to move on from OLA to others. Lessons learnt. #RIPOLA
@OlaElectric I met with an accident on 1st of September, i logged an emergency ticket, i have useless OLA care plus policy. No one connected for 3 -4 days. However finally I was able to book a service and visited service center today after 13 days since my accident.
