Jingle Creators. Q4
The Accelerator Opportunity is now published.
If you want to understand exactly how the Accelerator works, this is the place to start.
Inside, we break down:
→ what owning dedicated telecom capacity actually means
→ the mechanism in six steps, from purchase through to settlement
→ the two ways to use your ports: run your own traffic or appoint Minutes Network to resell your capacity
→ all five available corridors, with the Mexico opportunity broken out in full
→ how margin accrues, settles, and becomes available for withdrawal
→ the controls that remain with you as the capacity owner
Own the capacity. Keep the margin.

Every Minute Counts.
Ownership means control.
Accelerator capacity isn’t something you purchase and simply hand over.
Once your ports are allocated, you choose how to use them.
Self-run your own traffic, or choose Resale and appoint Minutes Network to fill your capacity with wholesale traffic.
Set your minimum resale rate.
Choose when traffic starts.
Pause or resume traffic at any time.
Track your ports, carried minutes, realised rates, and balances live in your Accelerator portal.
And throughout it all, your floor sets the cost of each minute carried. What is realised above it is your margin.
The network carries the traffic.
You control the capacity.
Your capacity. Your control.

Telecom has no shortage of buyers.
And no shortage of sellers.
The problem is bringing them together.
Today, wholesale voice still relies heavily on relationships, bilateral deals, and fragmented systems.
A buyer needs traffic terminated.
A seller has capacity available.
But finding each other, comparing routes, connecting, and getting traffic moving is still harder than it should be.
PacketExchange changes this.
One marketplace where you can discover capacity, list your routes, and see the information you need to connect and trade.
Capacity. Price. Performance. Reliability.
Find each other. Connect. Trade.
And when that traffic moves, it moves through Minutes Network.
PacketExchange is the marketplace layer bringing global telecom demand and capacity together.
The future of global telecoms.
We’ve published the Minutes Network Technologies & Vision 2026.
62 pages covering what we’ve built, how the pieces fit together, and where we’re going next.
The platform is built. What follows is acceleration.

The Minutes Network Accelerator is live.
For the first time, you can own dedicated wholesale voice capacity on the corridors that carry the world's calls - bought at bulk rates.
Run your own traffic over it, or appoint Minutes Network to resell it for you. Your floor sets the cost for every minute carried. What you realize above it is your margin.
Five corridors are open today, with limited capacity available.

The CAA (the UK's independent aviation regulator) has approved our Project STRATA proposal: the same mechanism it uses to back organisations that actually shape how UK airspace evolves, not just comment on it.
We're no longer arguing our case from outside, we're in the room, at the table helping shape the framework and secure the operational model StratoMast flies under.
Well done WMS team.
KYC Is Now Required for All Reward Withdrawals
Unetwork has extended identity verification to crypto reward withdrawals, creating one consistent KYC standard across all reward withdrawals.
In anticipation of upcoming tasks and new opportunities on the platform, we're taking these steps now to ensure eligible participants are ready to take part while helping Unetwork meet its compliance obligations.
We understand that this adds an extra step. It is an important safeguard for every operator and helps protect the network's long-term health.
Unetwork is onboarding commercial customers. As the network grows, we must operate in compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and financial crime regulations. This requires a clear and compliant withdrawal process designed to:
• Protect users and legitimate reward activity
• Reduce fraud, unauthorized withdrawals, and financial crime
• Meet applicable identity verification, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and sanctions requirements
• Protect the network's relationships with commercial customers and payment partners
• Maintain a secure and reliable reward withdrawal system as Unetwork scales
Crypto reward withdrawals, like fiat reward withdrawals, are subject to applicable AML, KYC, and other regulatory requirements. Identity verification helps Unetwork process withdrawals responsibly, maintain accurate records, and protect legitimate users.
KYC already applies to fiat reward withdrawals. Extending it to crypto reward withdrawals creates one consistent compliance standard across all reward withdrawals.
A compliant network is a stronger network. Protecting the reward withdrawal system protects every legitimate participant.
The exchange layer for global communications launches this quarter.
Wholesale voice and messaging is one of the largest markets in the world, and it has been waiting for infrastructure that matches its scale.
We have built it. It goes live this quarter.
It is built for the entire market:
→ developers building on our APIs
→ wholesalers trading routes at scale
→ carriers operating their own networks
A look at what is arriving:
→ Instant interconnect
Buy A–Z voice and SMS termination and route your first call in minutes, not weeks of paperwork and email exchanges.
→ A transparent marketplace
Access real rates, live quality metrics including ASR and ACD, and real capacity priced in the open.
→ Carrier-in-a-box
Operate your own Class 4 switch. Connect suppliers, serve customers and retain your margin. No hardware. No rack.
→ Route blending
Compose multiple carriers into a single route with pooled capacity, your pricing and your chosen quality profile.
→ CLI testing
Verify caller-ID delivery on real handsets worldwide before it ever reaches a customer.
→ AI voice agents
Deploy autonomous agents built on our own voice stack to place calls and hold real conversations.
→ AI-operated infrastructure
Run the entire switch and dialer in plain English, and allow your own agents to operate the marketplace programmatically.
→ Crypto-native settlement
Fund and settle in USDC. Global money movement without traditional cross-border banking friction.
→ Revenue-share numbers
Turn inbound communications traffic into a monetised payout stream.
→ Instant Connect
Meet on the exhibition floor, scan a code and link in seconds. View each other’s inventory and interconnect on the spot.
We built the trade-show handshake into the platform.
And this is only part of what is arriving, with new capabilities shipping continuously.
Every layer - rating, routing, blending, testing, and settlement - runs on technology we built ourselves.
Because the entire stack is ours, the Exchange is protocol-agnostic by design. Virtually any protocol can be listed, traded, and integrated through the platform.
Engineered to expand with the market it serves.
This is the difference between a product and infrastructure.
The MNTx sharing economy is expanding from network infrastructure to the people using it.
As Jingle scales across Pakistan, another key part of the MNTx ecosystem is preparing to go live.
Until now, the MNTx sharing economy has rewarded the infrastructure powering the network. The next phase brings the people using it into the ecosystem.
With the upcoming MNTx dApp, eligible callers and callees will, for the first time, be able to participate directly by:
• Verifying their phone number
• Viewing rewards linked to eligible call activity
• Claiming available rewards directly through the application
This is more than the launch of a new app. It marks the expansion of the MNTx sharing economy beyond network infrastructure and into the hands of the people who make and receive international calls.
Every eligible international call terminated through the Minutes Network ecosystem generates DePIN service fees. Under the MNTx tokenomics, 15% of the Total Reward Pool is allocated to callers and callees, connecting real network activity directly to the sharing economy.
As Jingle continues to expand and network activity grows, caller and callee rewards are expected to become an increasingly important part of the MNTx ecosystem.
The MNTx dApp is the gateway for participants to verify their identity, access rewards earned through eligible call activity, and participate directly in a new model for telecommunications - one where the value created by the network is shared with the people who help power it.
As part of the reward claim process, participants will be welcomed into the wider MNTx ecosystem through the new MNTx website, official community, and social media channels. Claiming rewards is only the beginning - it's the first step toward joining a global community building the future of telecommunications together.
This is another important milestone in building the telecom sharing economy.
🚨 Temporary Service Interruption
We're currently experiencing an external infrastructure outage affecting our backend services.
As a result, the following services are temporarily unavailable:
• The Unetwork App
• https://t.co/Nbsukr389E
• The Scout & Runner platform
Our team is actively working with the infrastructure provider to restore full service as quickly as possible.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this issue.
We'll provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available. Thank you for your understanding.
Scout & Runner is now live in full public Beta.
This marks a major milestone for Unetwork as Scout & Runner moves beyond ScoutQuest and staged access into the full Beta platform.
Scout & Runner is a third-party opt-in task provided by ApexTelecom and hosted by Unetwork.
Both roles are now available:
• Scout Role
• Runner Role
Users can now access the platform and begin participating in the next phase of real-world telecom validation.
Scout & Runner brings real operators, real devices, and real mobile networks together to help verify carrier connectivity and strengthen telecom intelligence at global scale.
To access the platform:
• Open the Tasks tab in the Unetwork app
• Select Connectivity Verification
• Enter the Scout & Runner Beta platform
• Register for the Runner Role, or apply for one of the limited Scout seats available in your country
Please note: Scout & Runner remains in public Beta, so users may encounter minor bugs or flow adjustments as the platform is tested, refined, and scaled.
This is the next phase of S&R: broader access, deeper validation, and more real-world telecom intelligence flowing through the network.
Real devices. Real operators. Global verification.
Connecting the unconnected.
Serving the underserved.
Securing the unsecured.
From the ground to the stratosphere. AirNodes below, Haps above and EarthNodes at the core. And WMTX flowing through all of it like water.
There’s only one World Mobile. Dont forget it.
Three layers. One growing ecosystem.
WM Chain serves as the traceability and settlement layer for ecosystem data, enabling cost-effective settlement with verifiable on-chain records.
With Unetwork integration advancing, verification activity will be documented, hashed, and settled on-chain, increasing transparency and driving additional transaction activity throughout the stack.
As adoption grows, so does the infrastructure supporting it.
On-chain. Off-chain. Together.
Unetwork application update 1.2.1 is now available on Android via the Google Play Store and as a direct APK download.
This build introduces Entropy, a new first-party opt-in task now available in the Tasks tab.
Entropy allows attested Android devices to contribute high-quality randomness to a decentralized pool in the background. It is privacy-first, fully opt-in, and can be enabled or disabled at any time.
What’s new in build 1.2.1:
• Entropy Contribution - a new opt-in task for Android and APK users
• Improved connectivity to Unetwork trust services
• Device readiness checks - when binding a license, the app now checks connectivity and attestation status before connecting to Proof of Work. Already bound? You can run the check manually anytime in Settings → Check device readiness.
• Clearer device readiness signals before PoW connection
Important:
• Entropy is currently available on Android and APK only
• The iOS version of build 1.2.1 is currently in review with Apple
• Entropy will not be included in the iOS 1.2.1 build

Today we're flipping the switch.
The new Jingle Plug-In website, built by Minutes Network, is officially live.
Whether you're exploring Jingle for the first time or looking to integrate, the new site brings everything together in one place—from how calls flow through the network and publisher earnings, to compliance, integration, and our revenue calculator.
Any Android app can turn opted-in users into part of a global voice-termination network, earning from international calls that would otherwise never touch your app.
The model is simple. When a user opts in, international calls are routed to them and ring on their phone like any normal incoming call. They answer and talk - a familiar call experience with no new screens for you to build and nothing hidden running behind their back.
For every connected minute, the publisher keeps a 50% revenue share.
Jingle runs alongside your ads, in-app purchases, and subscriptions rather than replacing them, and there is no upfront integration cost - a dedicated engineer handles the integration with your team.
Behind the scenes, Jingle is powered by enterprise-grade telecom infrastructure:
• 100% Tier 1 CLI routing
• AI-driven Least Cost Routing
• Reach into 150+ countries worldwide
Built for consent and compliance.
Only users who explicitly opt in take part, with clear consent up front and the ability to opt out at any time. The model is designed to fit Google Play policy, and the network operates only where permitted.
We're also opening the doors wider.
Alongside the new website launch, applications are now open for the Jingle Affiliate Program.
Introduce an Android publisher who goes live, and you'll earn 5% of Minutes Network's own revenue share - recurring for as long as that app keeps earning. Your commission is paid entirely by us and never comes out of the publisher's 50% revenue share.
The Affiliate Program is curated, so simply apply and we'll review your application.
Jingle is built for Android app publishers, from games and calling apps to utilities and other apps with engaged user bases, looking to add a new revenue stream without disrupting the experience they've already built.
The new website is live now.
Explore how calls move through the network, estimate your potential earnings with the revenue calculator, and apply to become a Jingle publisher - or join the Affiliate Program and start introducing publishers to the network.
