@CeantixDev @Dariusaurus Darius asked me to pop on, there was indeed two. I think it was gerbilsoft who mentioned that functions were replicated similar to the rvt/nr drive, the drives are currently stored, one was water damaged, other would show as a hdd in windows.

LAWSUIT UPDATE 🚨

Day 290 of being under unlawful police investigation after @SEGA colluded with @CityPolice to raid my home and steal my consoles after @Sega screwed up their clearance process.

A human rights lawsuit alleging violations of Articles 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 13 & 14 by @SEGA /Fusion85/ @CityPolice was filed in March. As of today all three defendants are in default, having not filed a valid acknowledgment of service.

Once again, all parties have displayed complete disregard for lawful process in not taking a High Court Human Rights lawsuit seriously.

Sega attempted to engage, using a big law firm to try and scare me in to submission by arguing my claim was “totally without merit”, claiming all their fees from me, and filing a witness statement from Daniel Finegold that confirms Lindsay Cox was responsible for the clearance. The same Lindsay who recognised me when I attempted to serve the lawsuit on @SEGA in person, video attached. The full extent of that witness statement will be revealed in due course, it tells us A LOT ☕️

The police tried to send an email to the court asking for the claim to be thrown out. I’m at a loss for words with how utterly incompetent civil servants are. This has now backfired catastrophically for @CityPolice the full extent of which will be revealed soon ☕️

Fusion85 have remained entirely silent, a default judgement against them will likely follow in due course.

A further lawsuit against individual officers will soon be served, alleging amongst others, material non disclosure in the warrant application process.

I offered a ceasefire and the opportunity to resolve this situation almost 3 weeks ago, once again it fell on deaf ears, so i’m forced back in to the public to seek justice and accountability for how I have been treated.

Apparently @CityPolice have made a criminal referral in anticipation of a not guilty plea from myself. No idea what crime i’ve allegedly committed by buying office clearance remnants from a charity sub contractor in good faith.

@GamersNexus has of course been provided with ALL details and will report in due course.

@MrMashu2013 Consoles were binned by Sega and given to a waste charity that openly states it resells items instead of binning. That’s SEGA’s fault and not theft. Any issue would be civil.

Day 263 of being under investigation for a non existent crime after @SEGA colluded with @CityPolice to raid my house, steal my consoles, fabricate evidence and attempt to frame me for a crime to cover up their own internal negligence. All now face default judgment on Human Rights violations and multiple individuals face personal liability lawsuits for misfeasance in public office.

I eagerly await the return of my lawfully owned property.

BREAKING: After 8 months of litigation I’ve decided to drop everything. All of it. Gone. Every single claim.

After a sealed High Court HRA claim, 3 N244 applications, a misfeasance claim naming 3 officers personally, audio evidence of transcript manipulation, a GamersNexus documentary, Daily Mail coverage, 1M views on a single tweet, regulatory complaints across 8 jurisdictions, and a combined litigation exposure that would make your accountant cry -

@SEGA are actually great. The dawn raid on my home was a lovely surprise. Being detained for 8 hours with no lawful justification was a spiritual experience. Having my property seized for 9 months with no confirmed criminal offence has really taught me patience.

Fusion85 are wonderful people just doing their best. PIPCU are absolute heroes. The transcript that somehow contains a word that doesn’t appear anywhere on my recording was probably just autocorrect.

I bear no ill will toward anyone involved and wish DS Hobbs, Calvin Postance and Alex Nimako a long and peaceful retirement.

If you can try and get a lawyer I think it’ll help, more so with pushing the police to doing their job and X. I’ve noticed myself that X is toxic of late.
