Here's to all the teachers who are flying under the radar... not getting much attention. Their engaging lessons aren’t on Twitter. Their cool interactions with kids aren’t captured on YouTube. But they’re still crushing it. And they’re making a difference for a lot of students.
A young man who I know very well has started his own YouTube channel - very professionally done (he obviously had a great teacher 🙄) - give him a Subscribe! So proud of you Alf @vhpsprincipal@DESCDubai https://t.co/NArNSrG3Zb
@VHPS_AsstHead @SpaceX I was just watching this myself. It seems like the start of bigger things yet to come. As @VHPS_Year3 study how we could live on Mars one day, this feels like one step closer to making that a reality.
Throughout this experience I've been impressed with how the VHPS teachers have adapted their science teaching to the online environment and how the children have risen to the challenge. Lana in @VHPS_Year3 is a great example of this. #InThisTogetherDubai#VHPSinspires

@VHPS_AsstHead Based on how well the school chilli plants have done I'd definitely recommend hydroponics. You can get some small scale indoor units. You then also avoid the high Dubai heats.
As I got the school's hydroponics system ready for 4 weeks away I noticed a lovely ripe red chilli ready to be picked. Last night I made it into a delicious chilli. #SchoolStories#BritishSchool#LocalProduce#Groundtoplate
@vhpsprincipal I dropped the older son (who doesn't have dress up day) off at the bus stop and wondered why he bus supervisor was giving me a strange look.
