VHS boys rocked Penn Relays. 4x100 team placed 51st @ 43.44, top 10%

4x400 team broke its PR by 4 seconds @ 3:26.89.

Both are the fastest Skylands Conference relay teams.

The Boys 4x100 team of James Gecek, Alex Metz, Elias Hanley, and Michael Strange just broke the school record that was 25 years old! They ran 43.74 (F.A.T.)

Will Keiser followed up Emma’s performance with a gem of his own!

He ran 4:20.86 in the 1600 Meters, a personal best and a performance that place him 12th in the State of New Jersey!

This just in from the NJSIAA Indoor Track Meet of Champions:

Emma Pettegrove ran a FANTASTIC time of 58.30 in the 400 Meters. Not only is it a HUGE PR, but it was good enough to place her 13th in the State.

Freshman, Daphne Roskowski was the top finisher for the Vikes, finishing 14th.

The Girls Team will have to wait and see if they Wildcard into next week's Meet of Champions.
